Among the European leaders in Risk and Wealth Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a Data Analyst to join its Governance, Risk and Compliance team.
MAIN TASKS:
- Developing new quantitative indicators in transaction analytics and analyzing the results;
- Providing analytical support for managing client requests and quantitative feedback on clients’ analyses;
- Supporting data analysis to improve internal transaction analytics solutions;
- Providing quantitative support for monitoring new banking regulations (e.g. AML, Compliance, Model Monitoring, Credit Risk).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Physics, Mathematics or other STEM disciplines with excellent grades;
- Proficiency in Python and SQL is required;
- Up to 2 years of experience in data analysis, consulting or related fields;
- Knowledge of Databricks, PySpark, MS Azure, and BI tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik) is nice to have;
- Previous experience or knowledge of banking data is nice to have;
- Fluency in English is required.

- Availability for work-related travels, both in a national and international context;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Aptitude for collaboration and team-working;
- Curiosity, flexibility and problem-solving skills.
