Description
Data Management:
Responsible for the input and validation of static data providing an accurate and consistent basis for the
processing and reporting functionality within the business operating system
Responsibilities
- Process Data Management requests in a timely manner in full support of business processing
- Input static data into business operating system – JDE.
- Generate all item codes and set up correctly within JDE to support the artwork team and KAM/NPI in a timely manner.
- Completion of all BOMS “Bill of Materials” to allow Purchasing to purchase materials for customer demand and Quality to complete PI “Packaging Instruction” for customer approval and production use.
- Validate static data for accuracy and consistency - Review that all item code have been set up to the correctly against the NCF and BOM request forms, update were necessary.
- Generate ECO “Engineering Change Order” population and approval notification, once approved all BOMs to be made live.
- Work with other areas of the business to improve the accuracy and consistency of static data-Artworks, KAM, NPI, Finance, Quality, JDE Global team and Production.
- Work with other areas of the business and system specialists to enhance the quality and range of data information to improve business systems and reporting
- Engage with global initiatives to support the JDE system upgrades to data and initiating changes for Ireland were required.
- Work with the planning/Production/KAM/NPI teams to generate the routings for all new products and enter into JDE, update existing were required.
- Generate Mater Planning Family codes within JDE to support the global PCI Bridge Project.
- Support with the setup of all new vendors within the finance JDE system. Provide training when required on data Management.
