Job Description
The Customer Support Specialist will be a crucial member of the broader Customer Success Team. Responsible for delivering top-tier customer service throughout the sales process on our distribution platform, golfnow.com, the role involves tasks like modifying bookings and handling new bookings generated through the website.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer care and aim to interact with customers and suppliers as part of a highly motivated team dedicated to exceeding client expectations.
