Type of Cooperation: B2B Contract.
Working Hours: 10:00-10:30 AM start + 8 hours full-time.
What you will do:
- Answer clients' questions and help resolve the issues over chat.
- Participate in building Wirex multi-language knowledge base and community.
- Be ready to collect feedback from the clients and share product improvement ideas.
- Cooperation with other departments regarding customer requests.
Requirements:
- Advanced/“strong” upper intermediate English (both verbal and written).
- Fast learner and flexible for changes.
- Highly organized and self-disciplined.
- Able to understand clients' issues, and questions, and figure out the best-fit solution.
- Capable of working under pressure and handling clients with a negative attitude.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in customer service or technical support.
- Familiar with Zendesk/Freshdesk and Atlassian products.
- Passionate about Bitcoins and blockchain technologies.
