This position can be office-based (Hybrid) in Madrid

Our Customer Success team follows the mission to maximize customer value in our everyday business. As part of the Emerging Corporates Team, you enable our customers to maximize their product experience by driving product adoption and growth opportunities at scale.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Manage up to 50 customers in the Southern European Market, focusing mainly on the Spanish Mid-Market.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with your customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted partner throughout their customer life-cycle journey at Personio.
  • Prioritise based on customer focus to ensure no customer is overlooked or underserved.
  • Leverage data to effectively drive the successful adoption and retention of your customers.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and develop actionable plans for expansion in close collaboration with the Account Manager and Sales Solution Manager.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and help translate their needs into product requirements.


Role Requirements: "What You Need to Succeed"

  • ±2 years of client-facing experience managing a large customer portfolio, ideally at a SaaS company.
  • Strong prioritisation and execution capabilities, driven by customer needs, business impact, and expansion potential.
  • The ability to identify upsell opportunities and develop actionable plans to drive expansion.
  • An analytical mindset in combination with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • A deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • The ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives, and track successful delivery.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Italian or French is a bonus and preferred.
