Customer Protection, Market Practices Risk AVP
This successful candidate will need to engage with multiple stakeholders across all three lines of defense and will work in close partnership with other members of the of the global Customer Protection and Market Practices Risk (CPaMP) Team. The successful candidate will be a flexible, results orientated individual with the ability to deal with a diverse and dynamic portfolio
What you'll be doing:
- Support and assist the wider team with Governance and Control responsibilities
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to CPaMP risk management as assigned by senior management
- Support the evaluation of new and existing CPaMP related policies to determine their alignment with current controls by identifying discrepancies and control improvements
- Executing improvements in the risk assessment framework with a data driven approach to reach the target state
- Support business stakeholders in conducting deep dives on emerging risk and control gaps
- Development of effective relationships within multiple stakeholder groups across the Three Lines of Defence
What you'll bring:
- Experience with risk and control principles including; risk assessments, controls design assessments, controls operating effectiveness and reporting activities
- Strong execution skills with a focus on clear, realistic action steps and timelines
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective presentation, communication and facilitation skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Strong work ethic, personal initiative and high degree of professionalism
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint
