Role Overview 

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Marketing and Global Events Senior Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing programs that engage existing clients and bring our brand to life through global events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career to grow within a global marketing team, get hands-on experience in customer marketing and event coordination, and contribute to high-impact projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

Customer Marketing Support 

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of customer newsletters, email campaigns, and product adoption communications. 
  • Help coordinate customer success stories, including gathering quotes, organizing interviews, and assisting with content creation. 
  • Support customer feedback initiatives (e.g., NPS surveys, polls, interviews). 
  • Maintain customer advocacy and reference program records. 

Global Events Execution 

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for global events—virtual, in-person, and hybrid. 
  • Help manage event registration, attendee communications, and pre/post-event follow-ups. 
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on event materials, booth items, and shipping. 
  • Assist in preparing briefing documents for speakers, executives, and sales teams attending events. 
  • Track and manage event-related data including lead capture, attendance, and feedback. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure alignment and execution of campaigns. 
  • Help ensure consistent branding and messaging across all customer touchpoints. 
Requirements

Skills & Qualifications 

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience (including internships), ideally in B2B, SaaS, or technology environments. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with great attention to detail. 
  • Comfortable working with marketing tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Excel, Power Point or similar platforms. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and take initiative. 

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) 

  • Experience supporting webinars or digital events using platforms like ON24, Teams. 
  • Familiarity with survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey). 
  • Exposure to the financial services or SaaS industry.
