About the role:
As a Customer Growth Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion by analyzing customer behaviors, uncovering growth opportunities, and enabling data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with Strategy, Customer, Product, and Finance teams to translate insights into strategies
that deliver sustainable growth and enhance customer lifetime value.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the B2B SaaS industry, preferably in Customer Growth, Revenue Analytics, or Product Analytics.
  • Experience in working with AI platforms on a regular basis as thought partners, solution expertise etc -Strong advantage
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Looker, Excel) with the ability to write and optimize SQL queries, build dashboards, and automate reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and customer data platforms.
  • Familiarity with growth frameworks, TAM analysis, forecasting models, and cohort analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a strong business orientation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.

Job Responsibilities
What will you do?
  • Reporting Infrastructure: Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key
    growth KPIs, including pipeline velocity, lead conversion, TAM analysis, LTV,
    upsell performance, and renewal rates, with associated documentation to
    ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Deliver Clear, Actionable Insights: Translate complex data into
    compelling stories and recommendations using dashboards and visualization
    tools.
  • Uncover Growth Drivers: Perform cohort and segmentation analysis to
    surface customer behaviors, expansion trends, and the levers that create the
    most value.
  • Shape Strategic Planning: Build and support forecasting models and TAM
    analysis that guide leadership on growth opportunities and resource
    allocation.
  • Optimize the Customer Journey: Map and evaluate the end to end journey
    to identify drop off points, expansion opportunities, and areas where
    processes can be refined.
  • Scale Operational Excellence: Drive scalable process improvements with
    cross functional teams, while supporting reporting adoption through user
    guidance and enablement.
  • Evolve How We Operate: Continuously improve reporting practices,
    planning processes, and operational productivity by adopting new analytical
    techniques and AI enabled tools.
