The Team:
The CX team is responsible for architecting an unparalleled experience that ensures each interaction with Celonis is orchestrated to empower every customer to realize perpetual value. Areas of focus include customer understanding (voice of the customer and intelligence) and experience design (leveraging customer insights to design journey experiences by customer segment and personas).

The work you’ll do:
This role offers a steep learning curve across operations, data analysis, and experience design support:
- Voice of the Customer (VoC) Program Support: You'll be the backbone of our VoC operations, ensuring feedback loops run smoothly. This involves supporting the management and organization of customer feedback channels to ensure every voice is heard.
- Mastering Cutting-Edge Tools: You'll get practical experience with industry-leading platforms:
- Qualtrics: Learn to navigate and support the administration of our primary survey and feedback platform.
- Salesforce: Understand how customer data is managed and integrated within our CRM system.
- Celonis Automation: Explore the world of process mining and automation, helping us identify and execute opportunities for operational efficiency.
 
- Data Analysis & Manipulation: Develop fundamental data skills that will power your career:
- Data Organization: Transform raw, complex data into usable, insightful formats ready for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Under the guidance of experienced team members, you will conduct statistical analysis on CX data to uncover trends, identify pain points, and quantify the impact of our efforts.
 
- Experience Design & Communication Support: Help shape the customer journey and communicate our findings:
- Impactful Storytelling: Assist in creating high-impact slides and presentations that translate complex data and design concepts into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders.
- Team Management & Coordination: Support team efficiency by managing key meetings, documenting decisions, and following up with curated notes and action items.
 
The qualifications you need:
- A recent ongoing university degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- A proactive, 'can-do' attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for learning new technologies and concepts.
- Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills; you enjoy working with numbers and uncovering 'the why.'
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, you're strong and summarising complex information and can present ideas clearly.
- Initial familiarity with data visualization tools or statistical software is a plus, but a desire to master them is essential!
