- Designing and delivering iManage online and instructor-led training curriculum.
- Creating engaging eLearning content and multimedia assets using tools like Camtasia and Articulate 360.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to transform technical content into learner-friendly materials.
- Updating and developing certification exams.
- Analysing learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Updating and revising existing curriculum as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Ensuring all learning content aligns with instructional design best practices and accessibility standards.
- 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience in curriculum development, instructional design, eLearning creation, or technical writing.
- Advanced knowledge of Articulate 360 and strong proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing instructor-led training and certification courseware.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a field with significant communications or technical components (e.g., journalism, communications, instructional design, technical writing, or coursework in software development), or equivalent experience.
- Strong written communication skills combined with proven project management expertise.
- A proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across multiple locations, time zones, and cultures.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and project management tools such as Asana.
- Related experience within an enterprise software or SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with the Legal Tech landscape.
