We are looking for an experienced specialist in culture and internal communications who will become part of our team and will help in creating a corporate culture and shaping a new information space.
Your experience and mindset:
- Experience in HR, internal PR from 2 years.
- Skills in organizing events: from generating ideas to implementation.
- Ability to write texts, create presentations and effectively communicate with the audience.
- Proficiency in mailing layout tools, creating and processing photo and video content.
- Understanding the principles of non-material motivation and employee engagement.
- Skills in conducting organizational research (surveys, interviews with employees).
- Skills in working with Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Develop, organize and coordinate online and offline events for employees.
- Develop an internal communications strategy, implement new initiatives and develop current ones (interviews with leaders, news digest, etc.), implement non-material motivation programs and employee recognition (gifts for anniversaries of work in the company, local holidays, etc.).
- Create and design text, visual and video content for corporate channels, publish announcements and newsletters.
- Optimize welcome processes, implement initiatives to improve the adaptation processes for new employees.
- Update and maintain corporate policies in Confluence and Humaans.
- Conducting organizational research at the local and global level (satisfaction and engagement surveys, developing a value model, etc.)
- Working with budgets, suppliers and creative contractors to organize events (merch, decor, photo/video, organizing off-site events, etc.).
