We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee and develop a team of Client Relationship Managers in Belfast. You will play a key role in ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
What We’re Looking For
📈 Experience
• Experience of SSAS pension schemes or wealth management clients (min 5 years)
• Experience of leading and developing a team
• Experience in a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Experience in driving process improvements and enhance client experience
💡 Skills
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and ensure service delivery
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and adherence to company procedures
