Group Strategic Analytics (GSA) is part of Group Chief Operating Office (COO) which acts as the bridge between the Bank’s businesses and infrastructure functions to help deliver the efficiency, control, and transformation goals of the Bank.
The Credit Risk Management (CRM) Change function within GSA is responsible for driving and facilitating regulatory compliance, strategic transformation and process re-engineering programmes of work in relation to managing the end-to-end credit life cycle.
You will be responsible for business analysis across initiatives within the Bank’s Credit Risk Re-engineering key deliverable, managing the analysis throughout the entire lifecycle, additionally providing project leadership and ensuring target processes are designed and aligned front-to-back across the Firm.
You will focus on credit risk projects relating to the Firm’s traded credit risk, including and requires engagement with all areas of the Bank to ensure specific deliverables are managed on an end-to-end basis from inception through to delivery.

Your key responsibilities
- Conduct and review detailed business and functional analysis to produce high quality requirements/specification documents with a strong focus on the end user
- Analyse the impact of changes and supporting the business throughout the implementation process
- Sharing a commitment to delivering business value by ensuring that the business requirements are aligned with our information technology and product roadmap
- Liaise and communicate between Business, solution providers/ technical community (architects, developers) for all aspects of identifying, implementing and maintaining solutions
- Support new business initiatives within CRM
- Develop and manage relationships with sponsors, stakeholders and the supporting infrastructure teams. Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems and provide solutions with tangible deliveries and milestones
Your skills and experience
- Experience as a Business Analyst driving technology change in the financial services industry
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably experience working within an Agile Framework as part of the software development lifecycle
- Exhibit strong analytical and clear problem-solving skills with ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Experienced in effectively communicating with, and positively influencing a diverse range of internal/external stakeholders, senior management and team members
- Knowledge of CRM processes, functionality and systems; Financial products and international financial markets; and regulatory requirements for the CRM function would be preferred
