Job Description

We're looking for a Creative Operations Manager to join our Brand, Creative & Strategy  team in London. You'll be helping our in-house agency to run as smoothly as possible, working with our partners in marketing to help millions of potential customers find out and get excited about Wise.

As a Creative Operations Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Brand, Creative & Strategy (BC&S) team, working collaboratively with our creatives and strategists to deliver marketing collateral for internal teams. Beyond this, you’ll be a force to be reckoned with when it comes to project delivery. You’re great at managing multiple projects, getting the team organised and ensuring everything is running smoothly.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Brand, Creative & Strategy team

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for key internal stakeholders - building rapport, trust and collaborative working relationships

  • Keep projects running smoothly and on budget - making sure everyone is on the same page and identifying any potential blockers for delivery

  • Schedule our creatives’ time and keep on top of workloads

  • Forecast the team’s capacity, identifying issues or the need for additional resource

  • Help the team collaborate by creating communication channels, as well as setting up kick-offs and check-ins to make sure we stay on track

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Develop - you’ll be encouraged to grow and take on more responsibilities, and you’ll have the freedom to decide what those are! But if that sounds a bit scary, we’ve got some nice people to help you along the way.

  • Be flexible - in how you work, we understand everyone needs a little something different so we’ll do our best to make it happen.

  • Be creative - you’ll have opportunities to pitch ideas for new campaigns. Or for anything really!

  • Have impact - we’re not just being creative for the fun of it, we’re constantly measuring and understanding how our work helps Wise to achieve its mission. It's incredibly rewarding to know that we’re helping millions of people save money. It just so happens that we have a lot of fun too.

Qualifications

About you:

  • You’re a master when it comes to organisation, planning and ensuring timely delivery of work. You’re the type of person who makes a spreadsheet for their holiday. Don’t worry, so are we!

  • You’re able to quickly build rapport, trust and collaborative relationships - both within our team and with stakeholders

  • You're passionate about good creative and have a strong knowledge of creative and design production, and their constantly moving parts

  • You’ll have strong financial management skills - ability to create scope of work documents, monitoring the burndown rate and reconciling at the end of a project will all be second nature to you

  • You’ll have excellent communication skills with the ability to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and communication is maintained throughout a project

  • Ideally you’ll have experience working across multiple marketing touch points - we look after the Business Squad B2B creative needs, and the rest is B2C. Our main stakeholders are Regional Team, Paid Social, Paid Display and OOH (either internal or agency side) with a wide range of other more ad hoc channel briefs coming in from time to time.

Some extra skills that would be great:

  • Experience using Monday.com

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
