In this position, you will be responsible for driving business growth, supervising operations, and establishing Neo Group as a leading player in the Italian market. Responsibilities:
  1. Business Performance & Analytics
    • Monitor key metrics and dashboards daily to track performance across acquisition, retention, and monetization channels.
    • Analyze marketing spend efficiency, detect anomalies, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, promotions, product features, and user experience improvements.
    • Conduct A/B tests to validate hypotheses and assess new initiatives.
    • Collaborate with BI teams to request additional reports and dashboards when needed.
  2. Reporting
    • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with deep dives into KPIs, user behavior, and country-specific dynamics.
    • Conduct periodic site audits and prepare detailed summaries with action points.
  3. User Engagement & Retention
    • Analyze user feedback from support, surveys, and social media to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
    • Request and execute localized surveys to improve overall satisfaction.
  4. Customer Support Quality Monitoring
    • Track the quality of support interactions and ensure alignment with SLAs and tone of voice guidelines.
    • Address and escalate critical or brand-damaging issues promptly.
  5. Online Presence & Reputation Management
    • Monitor brand perception and user sentiment across social media, forums, and review platforms.
    • Report competitor activities (e.g., promotions, UX changes) with actionable insights.
  6. Campaigns & Promotions
    • Coordinate local campaigns, giveaways, and time-limited promotions with relevant stakeholders if needed.
    • Ensure alignment with broader marketing and CRM strategy.
  7. Market & Competitive Research
    • Track industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor strategies.
    • Provide timely reports to inform product and marketing roadmaps
    • Respond to requests from other departments by delivering relevant research or analytical support to aid in strategic planning
  8. Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication
    • Act as a liaison between the country and HQ teams (Product, CRM, Marketing, BI, Support).
    • Initiate regular syncs to discuss metric shifts and propose strategic improvements.
    • Represent country-specific interests and cultural insights in global planning processes.
Requirements

🏆 Senior Management Experience: Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably as a Country Manager or similar position, with a focus on the Italian market.

🍝 Italian iGaming Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Italian iGaming industry, including regulations, market trends, and customer preferences.

💼 Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.

👥 Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

🗣️ Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

📜 Regulatory Navigation: Experience in navigating regulatory frameworks and ensuring compliance in the Italian market.

📊 Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and market insights to make informed business decisions.

🌍 Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

✈️ Travel Flexibility: Flexibility to travel as required.
