Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building something new? At PTC, we’re looking for ambitious, curious, and purpose-led individuals to join our dynamic sales team. You’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation, helping manufacturers unlock the power of CAD, PLM, IoT, and AR technologies to drive innovation and growth.

This role is focused on bringing in new business - both directly with customers and through our partner ecosystem. You’ll identify and engage with forward-thinking organizations ready to embrace Industry 4.0, guiding them on their journey toward smarter, more connected operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals, you’ll be the catalyst for new business growth.
  • Drive strategic outreach: Identify and engage with new customers and partners across diverse manufacturing sectors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with internal teams (technical experts, product specialists, customer success) and external partners (resellers, system integrators) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Champion innovation: Translate complex technology into clear business value, helping customers envision and realize their digital future.
  • Forecast with precision: Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasts to support business planning.

What You Bring:

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for uncovering new opportunities.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across diverse stakeholders.
  • Resilience, integrity, and a growth-oriented attitude.
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally within the manufacturing or technology sectors.
  • Comfort working in a matrixed, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying sales role in a digital selling environment, with a focus on new business development.
