Manage day-to-day operation and stability of the Coupa platform: resolve incidents, troubleshoot procurement/invoicing/supplier issues, support end users, administer roles/access/configurations, assist with releases/UAT, and improve support processes and documentation.
The Coupa System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations, support, and stability of the Coupa platform. This role ensures smooth system performance by managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, supporting end users, and maintaining system configurations.
Key Deliverables:- Timely resolution of incidents and service requests based on SLA targets.
- Enables high system availability and performance.
- Effective communication to end users during incidents and changes.
- Minimal disruption during Coupa releases and updates.
- Continuous improvement of support processes.
- Incident Management & Support: Monitor, log, prioritize, and resolve incidents.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix procurement, invoicing, and supplier issues.
- End User Support: Communicate and assist users effectively.
- System Administration: Manage roles, access, and configurations.
- Change & Release Support: Assist in deployments and UAT.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance processes and documentation.
- Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
- Experience with Coupa administration.
- Understanding of Source-to-Pay processes.
- Experience with incident management and troubleshooting Familiarity with ticketing tools.
