INTECH Process Automation & Intelligence is seeking a seasoned Control System Engineer to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team to support offshore maintenance operations. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Emerson Delta V and HIMA Planar 04 & HIMA HIQuad systems. This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, system optimization, and support during offshore campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on Emerson Delta V and HIMA Planar 04 & HIMA HIQuad systems.
- Troubleshoot automation faults and ensure minimal downtime.
- Update and maintain system documentation and maintenance records.
- Support system upgrades, configuration changes, and routine health checks.
- Ensure all work complies with offshore safety standards.
Qualifications, Experience & Skillset
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years experience in control/automation systems within the oil & gas industry
- Strong expertise with Emerson Delta V DCS.
- Strong experience with HIMA Planar 04 & HIMA HIQuad Safety Systems.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP, Profibus).
- Ability to interpret P&IDs, electrical drawings, and logic diagrams
- Offshore experience is a strong advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Offshore survival certificates (BOSIET/HUET)
