Due to growth, we are looking for a Contract Support Coordinator, to support our fast-paced, forward-thinking recruitment team to meet onboarding requirements for Contractor Placements. 

This is a HYBRID opportunity, offering 2/3 days a week in our Central London recruitment office.

As the Contractor Support Coordinator at ProPharma you will be:

  • Creating contracts using draft templates.

  • Managing internal inboxes ensuring all queries are answered within SLA’s.

  • Adding new contractors onto internal systems.

  • Issuing contracts to both contractors and clients.

  • Conducting internal audits on our CRM systems.

  • Support with file preparation for external audits from clients.

  • Setting candidates up on our internal timesheet system.

  • Monitoring of assignment periods including processing of assignment extensions.

  • Processing terminations on our systems and issuing letters.

  • Conducting background checks in line with client requirements.

  • Management of internal CRM systems (Bullhorn and QuickBase).

  • Dealing with contractor and umbrella queries on a day-to-day basis.

  • Assisting the compliance function where needed.

  • Supporting the Corporate Operations Function.

To be a success in this role you will need:

  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and fluent in English.

  • Excellent Customer Service standards.

  • Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining strong levels of accuracy.

  • To be a self-starter who is comfortable to work autonomously in a busy office environment.

  • A minimum of 12 months experience working in a Business Operations function

  • Experience within the Recruitment or associated sectors would be of advantage.
