As a Content Operations Senior Associate at JPMorgan Chase within Nutmeg, you'll play a key role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of Content writing. This role will be particularly focused on supporting our growing team of UX writers but will also span Marketing and Investment content operations. This is not a writing role, it is an operations role to help the writers deliver work more smoothly.
Reporting to our Content Operations Lead and working closely with peers in Design, Research and Marketing, you'll publish content to the Nutmeg website and app via our CMS, and support with running our annual review process. Over time you'll also help us redefine website functionality and content structure so knowledge of, or interest in, website usability best practices would also be beneficial.
You will be joining a growing Content team, so this role will be a growth opportunity in which you can assess where best you can support the team, under the guidance of our Head of CX, and our Content Operations Lead.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide coordination, and hands-on support toensure that all product teams have sufficient levels of content support
- Help to lighten the administrative load on our UX writers, week-to-week, by helping to scope upcoming projects and organising sprint planning e.g. Reviewing the quality of upcoming JIRA tickets, to ensure stakeholders have created them correctly and provided a sufficient amount of detail for the writers to work effectively
- Developing and owning documentation of content processes
- Work with the business to ensure that our content is published on time and to a high standard
- Work alongside Marketing, Product and the Customer Experience teams to help to publish effective content
- Support the content writing team to ensure that content is reviewed and approved before publishing.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience of content delivery, ideally in a highly regulated industry like financial services, wealth management or banking
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence or other equivalent tools
- Experience supporting operational processes
- Ability to navigate complexity and deliver valuable outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Natural curiosity regarding how things work and a desire to fix business problems
- Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Strong understanding of HTML and web content delivery (you will not be expected to be an HTML developer)
- Enthusiastic about delivering customer-centric content.
