- Lead the management of the Connectivity demand pipeline, ensuring demand is captured, assessed, sized and prioritised consistently.
- Develop short-, medium- and long-term capacity plans covering people, partners, skills, technology and operational constraints.
- Balance demand against available capacity, providing clear recommendations on priorities, sequencing, risks and trade-offs.
- Coordinate governance forums, reporting and forecasting to provide visibility of delivery readiness, resource requirements, utilisation and potential bottlenecks.
- Partner with teams across Connectivity, Architecture, Security, Service Management, PMO, Delivery and Finance to improve planning maturity, decision-making and delivery effectiveness.
- Experience in demand management, capacity planning, resource forecasting or portfolio planning within technology environments.
- Able to analyse complex data, create forecasts and turn insights into practical recommendations.
- Comfortable producing executive-level reporting, dashboards and management information.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- You bring a good understanding of service management principles, commercial considerations and the relationship between demand, capacity, cost and business value. Experience in connectivity, infrastructure or large-scale enterprise environments would be beneficial.
