The Databricks Learning and Enablement team is on a mission to up-skill Data and AI professionals in our partner ecosystem to help our mutual customers leverage Databricks and accelerate business outcomes. We are looking for an Enablement Program Manager in the region to support partner onboarding and ongoing partner talent transformation. Working with the account team and partner business leads in the region, you will execute the enablement strategy set out and where new insights are gained influence the strategy on a continuous basis for our Global EliteIs System Integrators, and develop enablement strategies for the RSIs. These strategies will include a balanced combination of ILT, eLearning, and blended training offerings to the partner with the end goal of certification. You will ensure customer success with the right number of credentialed partner resources to support our customer accounts. You will report to the Director of Partner Technical Enablement.

The Impact You Will Have

  • Manage and coordinate the enablement activities for Databricks 
  • Develop and maintain programs that support Partner Account Managers in implementing effective enablement strategies for our high-priority managed partner accounts
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to set and meet annual learning targets for managed and unmanaged partners in your region
  • Create a strategy to help our partners meet the capacity and capability requirements needed for your region
  • Track weekly, quarterly, and year-to-date metrics on partners trained, certifications earned, and service assessments, and report out to cross-functional executive leadership on a regular cadence
  • Work with Enablement leadership to make suggestions to the curriculum roadmap on high-priority content required to support the Databricks Partner ecosystem

What We Look For

  • Experience in Business Intelligence and Data and Analytics
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, especially Marketing and Operations"
  • Ability to be strategic while executing tactically
  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Success, training, or managing a book of business (partner KPIs, P&L, etc.)
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes (partner enablement KPIs - Learners/credentials)
  • Ability to translate partner business outcomes to learning plans and enablement recommendations
  • Strong program management, stakeholder management, and soft skills
