Own and expand commercial workplace design standards across a national portfolio. Lead interior design and space planning for new builds, remodels, and refreshes; produce floor plans, finish schedules, FF&E specifications, renderings, and mood boards; select materials and furniture; coordinate vendors, contractors, installers, facilities, and real estate stakeholders; and manage multiple projects through completion.
Overview
At Corporate Tools, we don't want offices. We want hubs. Spaces people are genuinely excited to walk into, where they build community with their coworkers and feel energized to do next-level work. Every hub should feel unmistakably ours. Not trendy for the sake of trendy, but built to last, built to feel intentional.
We're looking for a Commercial Workplace Designer to take that vision and turn it into something repeatable. A real design standard we can apply across every hub in the portfolio, with room for local flare in each market, instead of reinventing the wheel every time we open a new location. You'll work closely with our Real Estate team on everything from space planning and furniture selection to finishes, signage, and the small details most people never notice but absolutely feel. We operate in all 50 states, so this standard needs to travel.

Why Work Here
You've spent your career making spaces work for the people in them. You know that great design isn't about trends, it's about whether someone walks into a room and feels like the company gave a damn. You get excited by the idea of building a design standard once and watching it show up, well-executed, in a dozen different buildings. You notice the sticker still on the door, the tape mark on the wall, the thing that's been "temporary" for six months and it bugs you. You've reached a point where you want ownership over how a space comes together from first sketch to final punch list, and you're tired of "good enough" being the bar. If "meh" makes you a little bit angry, this is your job.

- Experience building or applying design standards/guidelines across multiple locations, so quality doesn't depend on who happens to be in the room

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene
If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
