Job Description

We’re now looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our fast-paced, ever-evolving Finance team.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone ready to step into a true business partnering role — supporting our brilliant brands and working alongside Sales, Marketing, and wider teams to influence decisions, drive performance, and add real commercial value.

Home-based with travel to our sites and key meetings – we trust you to work where you work best.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Supporting the commercial team with trading performance insight

  • Helping shape pricing strategies and investment decisions

  • Providing analysis on customer and brand profitability

  • Contributing to forecasting and planning cycles

  • Building strong, collaborative relationships across functions

Qualifications

We’re looking for:

  • A part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)

  • Someone with commercial acumen and strong Excel/financial modelling skills

  • A natural communicator who can explain the numbers in a way that makes sense

  • Experience in an FMCG or fast-paced commercial environment is a bonus
