  • Trading Performance Analysis: Track trading initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities to support proactive business strategies.
  • Payroll Support and Stakeholder Influence: Provide payroll reporting and analysis, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with budgeted targets and operational efficiency.
  • Budget Management: Lead monthly actuals reviews, capturing key variances in sales and costs to support financial health and guide strategic adjustments.
  • New Site Appraisals: Conduct detailed appraisals for potential new sites, assessing commercial viability and alignment with business goals.
  • Post-Investment Reviews: Evaluate the effectiveness of investments post-launch, documenting insights and learnings to inform future decisions.
  • CAPEX Management: Oversee capital expenditure planning and tracking, ensuring projects are delivered within financial parameters and deliver expected returns.
  • Commercial and Strategic Support: Contribute to ad hoc projects, deep-dive analyses, and broader commercial initiatives, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
