Job Title Securities Services Technical Project Manager

Corporate Title Vice President

Trade Finance and Lending (TF&L) is core and one of leading business departments in Corporate Bank working with clients around the globe. It has great dependency on IT platform to service the Bank’s clients. The group is working on technology refresh of their IT platform to enable new services for customers as well as to achieve next level of business processes automation. In-house technology team already achieved great success designing, building and rolling out into production its strategic platform for TF&L business. Based on that success there is a further desire to build towards our strategic architecture

The successful candidate will work on a new strategic system for collateral, securitization, distribution, and other de-risking instruments. dbCover is a modern cloud-native service-based platform with modern UIs serving IB, CB and IPB business lines.

Your key responsibilities

  • Defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and execution in line with business and technology goals
  • Collaborating with other Product Managers, Development Leads, Architects, and Data Governance functions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across CB, IB and IPB to gather requirements, and feature requests
  • Driving the development of technical solutions to ensure they meet business needs and comply with architectural principles and guidelines alongside legal and regulatory requirements to ensure that the needs of the bank and the client are consistently met
  • Defining using stories, acceptance criteria, use-cases, and communicating them to engineering teams
  • Hands-on contribution to BDD scenarios, exploratory testing, and user support

Your skills and experience

  • Experience with managing enterprise solutions
  • Strong management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Comfortable in the details as well as driving strategy
  • Passionate about quality, able to lead and inspire
  • Experience in establishing agile SDLC and stakeholder management
  • Hands-on experience with data governance, SQL, noSQL and BDD
