The Cluster HR Business Partner South (HRBP) serves as a trusted HR advisor and a proactive partner to designated clusters within the EPM region. This role supports line managers and employees by providing HR guidance, fostering company values, and contributing to business success. The Junior HRBP ensures a strong understanding of business priorities and HR practices to deliver impactful solutions.
The position reports to the Associate Director, HR Business Partner, North & South, EPM, and may involve occasional international travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in an international environment and ideally within biotech/pharma.
- Solid understanding of HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, diversity, and performance management.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and alignment with Medison DNA and values.
