Job: Client Services Manager
Location: Southampton, Whiteley Fareham Hampshire
Salary: Up to £25,000 depending on experience + Bonuses
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Thursday & 9:00 to 17:00 on a Friday. 1 late evening fortnightly until 19:00.

Purpose of the role:
As a Client Services Manager role will be working directly with the Head of Sales Support, & Senior Administrator to help support the Financial Planners, Para-planners and wider team. We are looking for an administrator with exceptional organisational and customer service skills.

Skills and knowledge :
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Able to work within a defined process and compliantly.
- Able to prioritise workloads.
- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Articulate in all dealings with clients and stakeholders, verbally and within written communications.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Experience within a financial planning company is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for all client enquiries.
- Maintain and update client records on XPLAN and with providers.
- Send recommendation packs to clients on DocuSign.
- Process new business applications, fund switches, rebalances, withdrawals and tops up ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Sending Letter of Authority to providers and following up on requested information.
- Contact prospective new clients and arrange initial appointments.
- Arrange clients’ annual financial reviews.
- Manage and organise advisers’ diaries.
