CJA / Marketing Operations & Personalisation Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations & Personalisation Manager with strong experience across Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), AEP, and AJO to help scale data-driven marketing and personalised customer experiences.
In this role, you’ll enable marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns while ensuring personalisation strategies are effectively operationalised across digital channels. You’ll combine campaign execution, audience strategy, and analytics insights to deliver highly relevant, engaging experiences.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing operations, personalisation, and performance analytics.
What You’ll Do
Enable Marketing Operations
- Support marketing teams in building and executing campaigns using Adobe technologies
- Define and manage campaign workflows, processes, and governance standards
- Ensure campaigns are deployed efficiently across web, mobile, and email channels
Drive Personalisation
- Implement personalisation strategies across digital properties (web, app, etc.)
- Deliver targeted experiences based on audience and behavioural data
- Align personalisation efforts with broader marketing and engagement strategies
Coordinate Campaign Delivery
- Oversee campaign execution across multiple digital channels
- Ensure audience segmentation and journey triggers are correctly configured
- Partner with content and creative teams to deliver personalised assets
Lead Experimentation & Optimisation
- Establish A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Continuously optimise campaigns and personalisation strategies
- Use data to refine targeting, messaging, and engagement approaches
Leverage Analytics & Insights
- Use Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance
- Build dashboards and reporting to track engagement and outcomes
- Translate insights into actionable improvements across campaigns and journeys

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in marketing operations, personalisation, or marketing technology roles
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) (must-have)
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, segmentation, and personalisation strategies
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple digital channels
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
Nice to have:
- Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing)
- Exposure to other analytics or marketing platforms
- Background in sports, media, or fan engagement ecosystems
