The Channel Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by activating and supporting partners, managing relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance partner success.
We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager to join our Partner Sales team and support our Italian and Spanish regions.
In this role, you will activate and enable our existing strategic partners, identify new opportunities, and help drive mutual success in one of our most important growth markets.

What You Will Do
- Own revenue growth in your region by enabling, supporting, recruiting and activating channel partners.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing partners, while recruiting and developing new ones.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success—to deliver seamless partner experiences.
- Drive co-sell and marketing motions with partners to increase pipeline and market share.
- Deliver sales presentations and enablement programs to maximize partner success.
- Monitor industry trends, analyze partner performance, and create actionable strategies for growth.
- Represent Mitek as a brand ambassador at partner meetings, events, and conferences.
What You'll Bring
- 5–8 years’ experience in partner sales, account management, channel management, or partner development roles.
- Strong relationship building and account management skills.
- Professional fluency in Italian and English (Spanish a big plus).
- A strong background in selling B2B/Cloud SaaS solutions (financial services, banking, e-money..).
- Full ownership and knowledge to help define the proposition and sales messaging in both markets, Spain and Italy
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and execute with impact.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments.
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for building long-term partnerships.
What Would Be Great
- Experience Selling identity, fraud, or risk-focused SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record as a top 20% producer in prior SaaS roles.
- Ability to work effectively from a home office environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%.
- Fluency in Spanish.
