About the role: 

Reporting to the Sr Director Demand Programs, the Channel Marketing Manager will support our channel and alliance partner business with the overall development and management of programs, campaigns, and activities that drive pipeline and revenue growth. 

Your contribution will be:  

Primary Responsibilities include: 

  • Align with Channel and Technology Alliance Leaders to understand the market trends and customize programs as needed to help drive quota attainment goals 
  • Work closely with the EMEA Channel Team to plan and conduct campaigns, digital activities, and in person programs through the partner, with the partner, and to the partner in order to drive a co-sell go-to-market motion, ensuring timely follow up
  • Manage marketing plans with partners on a quarterly basis including but not limited to email, event, promotional, tradeshow, lunch and learns, webinar programs, and campaigns
  • Coordinate activities cross-functionally to create and deliver engaging partner communications regarding program benefits, new products and services and channel enablement programs through key monthly communications such as emails, newsletters and announcements
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing investments  

You will be expected to:  

  • Deliver against business objectives 
  • Leverage exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess a strong work ethic, highly responsive and dedicated to program results
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a working knowledge of demand generation and lead nurture strategies
  • Wear many hats and quickly pivot based on changing priorities
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel to manage a budget, provide date and report back to the business
  • Possess experience and/or knowledge of the Nintex partner ecosystem and alliance partners’ technologies (i.e. Microsoft, Salesforce)
  • Possess experience with Marketing Automation Platform and CRM systems; Salesforce.com and Marketo are preferable
  • Be a skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget
  • Write campaign briefs, email, web, and social, newsletters, and campaign ads; both short form and long form
  • Understand the buyer's journey, re-purpose content and demonstrate strong skills working with agencies and vendors for creative and content marketing campaigns 

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • English speaking. French and/or German would be an advantage
