The responsibilities of this position include shaping new joint Go to Market models, co-defining partner marketing plans, and managing relationships with our partner counterparts. The ideal candidate will represent McAfee with partners, ensuring that our marketing plans align with McAfee’s overall strategy.
This position is based remotely in Spain (Madrid), and we are specifically seeking candidates who are fluent in German and English, with exceptional writing and communication skills. Proficiency in an additional language will be considered a strong advantage.
This is a hybrid-remote position located in Spain. We will only consider candidates in Spain and are not offering relocation at this time.
About The Role
The candidate will need to influence McAfee’s largest Retail partners to adopt our marketing and business strategy, leveraging a deep understanding of the business, our products and services, and the needs of our partners.
Establishing marketing strategies and objectives, developing innovative go-to-market tactics for different countries in Europe, and aligning these efforts with our overarching business objectives.
Building and maintaining robust relationships with channel partners, understanding their needs, and tailoring marketing support accordingly is a significant aspect of the role. This includes negotiating co-marketing agreements and incentives to ensure mutual growth.
The candidate will also be expected to deliver high-impact presentations, effectively representing McAfee’s marketing strategy and value to partners at all levels.
Collaboration across various McAfee functions, including Sales, Product Management, and Engineering, will be crucial to creating a results-driven, team-oriented environment that drives innovation and delivers partner revenue growth.
The candidate will track and analyse channel marketing ROI, using data to optimize campaigns and partner performance, addressing marketing needs in a data-driven, value-focused manner.
The role entails budget management, allocating marketing spend effectively across different channels, and managing partner incentives and marketing development funds (MDF).
About You
You have six plus years’ experience with Channel Marketing, a passion for technology and ensuring great customer experiences, preferably in a B2C model.
You are fluent in German, Italian and English with high proficiency in writing and facilitating small group communications. Fluency in an additional language is a strong differentiator.
You have EMEA or global experience.
Experience presenting to partners and executives, including new products and technical opportunities.
Experience in delivering consumer software marketing solutions to Retailers including digital and traditional marketing tactics.
Experience with budget management and MDF tools.
You have strong leadership profile and are data driven, with the ability to measure the health of the marketing activities/s by using appropriate metrics.
