We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of taking full ownership of the role, with a strong desire to break down silos and collaborate effectively across departments, including sales and the global marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambitious, fast-paced environments and is committed to building and expanding our channel partnerships across the EMEA region. Remote and Hybrid working environment available for this role.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute innovative channel marketing strategies to attract new partners and expand existing channels in the EMEA region.
  • Work closely with the sales and global marketing teams to ensure alignment of objectives and maximization of results. 
  • Conduct market research to identify new channel opportunities and understand partner needs, tailoring strategies accordingly. 
  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns aimed at channel partners to drive growth and engagement. 
  • Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the success of channel strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed. 
  • Foster strong relationships with channel partners through regular communication, support, and collaborative planning. 
  • Organize and participate in partner events, conferences, and webinars to enhance visibility and strengthen partner networks. 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channel marketing materials and activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel marketing, with a proven track record of building and growing channel partnerships, preferably in the EMEA region.
  • Experience working with a variety of partner types, distributors, value added resellers, managed service providers, system integrators etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies and decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners. 
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to overcome challenges with innovative solutions. 
  • Remote and Hybrid working environment available for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with partners in the EMEA market.
  • Experience with cloud SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Understanding of digital transformation and business process optimization.
  • Second language of German or French would be a plus
