At Ericsson, we are seeking a highly organized Change Management Coordinator to ensure seamless transitions during technological, process, or organizational changes. You will work with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and track the success of change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations while maintaining customer satisfaction and applying the agreed process in CR reviews and audits.
What you will do
Change Requests Review & Coordination
- Develop and implement structured change management processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., IT, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing) to ensure alignment of change initiatives with business objectives.
- Analyze and assess the impact of proposed changes on internal teams, customers, and external vendors.
- Review and analyze all network CRs within our agreed process and SLA.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify and engage key stakeholders to assess their readiness for change and gather feedback on upcoming changes.
- Communicate with affected teams, ensuring clear and transparent messaging about changes.
- Organize and lead regular meetings with all domains and stakeholders for any new process or tool.
Change Request Risk & Impact Assessment
- Evaluate and identify potential risks related to any change requests through our CAB meetings, ensuring communication with all stakeholders.
- Conduct assessments to ensure the organization is ready to handle the change.
Change Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed documentation on change management processes, progress, and outcomes.
- Provide regular status reports to top management to highlight areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of change initiatives and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure that all changes are documented in a comprehensive manner to support future reference.
What you will bring
- BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in a telecommunications or network operations environment.
- Strong knowledge of mobile networks, core networks, IP networks, and IMS.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of network issues.
- Knowledge in CCNA / CCNP and NMSs.
- Experience using software tools and the ability to adapt easily to changing conditions and work responsibilities.
- Programming knowledge is a plus.
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility - this is a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
