As a Central Campaign Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating, coordinating and optimizing all marketing campaigns across regions. Acting as the bridge between Product Marketing, Regional Marketing and Performance Marketing, you will ensure campaign consistency, maximize visibility and drive efficiency by preventing duplication of efforts across geographies.
The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B marketer with a strong background in campaign strategy, cross-functional alignment and program management—particularly in the software and technology sector.
This position reports to the Global VP, Regional Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Orchestration & Strategy
- Lead the planning and execution of global campaigns with Product and Regional Marketing to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Align campaign goals with business priorities, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop scalable frameworks and playbooks to guide regional execution and deliver qualified leads.
- Ensure alignment and visibility across all campaigns to avoid duplication and maximize lead impact.
- Promote collaboration and best practice sharing among regions to replicate successful demand programs.
- Act as the main liaison between global and regional marketing teams for integrated campaign delivery.
- Maintain a centralized campaign calendar and clear governance for planning and rollout.
- Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on performance and results.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with lead generation and growth objectives.
- Partner with Performance Marketing to track and optimize campaign performance against lead and pipeline KPIs.
- Maintain consistent reporting standards across markets.
- Use data and feedback to refine strategies and improve lead quality.
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years’ experience in B2B marketing; IT/software environment is a plus
- Business school degree or equivalent in Marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing for high added value software in complex sales cycles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
- Autonomous and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fun and strong team spirit
- Languages: English (native or fluent); a second language is preferred (French, Italian, German)
