Position Summary

Do you want an opportunity to develop our CRM channels and drive CRM-activities in a globally leading online travel agency? We are seeking a Campaign specialist who has a strategic and an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to be hands-on operational in the day to day business. 

As a Campaign Specialist, you will be a key player in the transformation of our CRM strategy and execution from traditional methods to innovative strategies that foster customer loyalty and app adoption for our brands. You, together with the team will set the roadmap to enhance our customer engagement efforts and ensure our customers derive maximum value from our services. Your expertise in segmentation, CRM systems and customer engagement will be crucial in this role. 

The CRM team is part of the E-Commerce team within the Sales department and drives the CRM strategy across the customer journey with focus on four processes: abandoned cart, post booking and life cycle management.

The CRM team optimizes the trip experience for Etraveli Group’s millions of customers, and promotes our business and sales goals. The Campaign Specialist will join us in launching up-/cross-selling campaigns, transactional messages, retention campaigns, partner/airlines promotions, and many other communications across all the customer journeys for our brands.

The position will be based at our Athens office.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and execute campaigns
  • Create automated omnichannel campaigns and ensure each customer receives timely, relevant messages that support our business and sales objectives.
  • Actively manage setups in marketing tools, requiring a blend of creative and technical skills.
  • Improve our communication strategies through A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Analyze campaign performance, recommend enhancements and provide reports on the sales revenue generated by CRM marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to continuously improve CRM initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the product department and e-commerce team, to ensure alignment and integration of CRM efforts with broader company goals.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the CRM field, ideally working with campaigns targeting multiple markets.
  • Proven experience in a similar role focused on customer success, loyalty, and CRM
  • Educational background in Marketing or a business related field
  • Strong understanding of various CRM systems. Experience with Oracle Responsys is a significant plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful CRM strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret customer data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience working with product and e-commerce teams to drive customer engagement and sales
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, primarily English-speaking environment, adaptable to continuous changes.
  • Fundamental understanding of HTML/CSS. Knowledgeable with APIs, SQL & dynamic content in emails
