Campaign Marketing Executive (Senior Associate)

As a Campaign Marketing Executive at Kainos, you will develop and own marketing plans, campaigns or content programmes that fully align with commercial priorities and sales plans to support growth and ambitions for Workday Product. generate brand awareness and generate leads to fuel the sales pipeline, reporting to key stakeholders within the business on success and delivery against goals.

You will use your experience and commercial knowledge to drive progress, and maximise the impact of marketing on the business. You will foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders acting as a trusted marketing partner.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing strategy, plans and budgets – you will create, own and implement the strategy and marketing plan, aligned to commercial priorities, for Workday Product. you will ensure delivery is on time and within budget. You will own the marketing budget for Workday Product.
  • Owning, creating and activating campaigns and content – you will create,  campaigns and marketing content to drive brand awareness/support recruitment campaigns/generate leads to feed sales. You will ensure effective implementation of campaigns across a variety of channels to achieve objectives. Utilising a range of techniques across your team including eDM, automation/nurtures, webinars, organic and paid social media, SEO/search, digital advertising and physical events.
  • Reporting, accountability and ROI – you will drive marketing effectiveness and ROI reporting on campaigns and activities utilising a transparent approach via evaluation and analysis. Working with colleagues across Marketing Technology and Ops you will optimise effectiveness and cascade learning through your team
     
  • Strategic alliances with Partners – you will develop and foster strong relationships with key partners like Workday/Microsoft/AWS to shape your plans and activities, staying abreast of trends to identify new opportunities to drive commercial benefit.
    Working as a team - you will proactively work and collaborate as part of the marketing team to deliver against overall OKRs.
    MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS:
    • Significant relevant experience in marketing
    • Professional qualification in marketing or specialised area (e.g. CIM)
    • Experience in developing and implementing marketing/brand/communications campaigns that drive business results and meet objectives – from inception through to evaluation
    • Demonstrable experience of marketing techniques including webinars, organic and paid social media, SEO/search, digital advertising and physical events; stays abreast of developments and willingness to coach/upskill team.
    • Experience of working with sales/SDR teams to generate leads to fuel pipeline / subject-matter experts to generate communications and brand content
    • Experience of using CRM and marketing automation
    • A self-starter who is highly motivated, confident, focussed, disciplined with a drive to succeed, whilst upholding Kainos values

    • Show resilience and persistence with the ability to learn from mistakes plus guidance and coaching from colleagues
    • Capable managing  your own workload while operating in a highly competitive and pressurised environment while meeting deadlines in accordance with business requirements
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to cultivate ideas, utilising creative writing while holding to branding and messaging direction and strategy
    • Ability to think ‘outside the box’
    • Comply with all confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements and ensure security of information at all times.
    DESIRABLE:
  • Degree or Higher in Marketing, Communications or a similar, relevant discipline
  • Experience with Marketo or other Marketing automation platforms
  • Experience working within a SaaS company
