Responsibilities
- Design and lead a variety of compensation & benefit initiatives and activities.
- To participate / conduct market surveys, do the analysis, evaluation and provides the compensation and benefits recommendations based on market survey results.
- To supports/coordinate with AP Centre of Excellent (COE) team on local benefits programs/project for employees.
- To assist on development of retention packages focusing on organization stability.
- Coach, guide and support other business partner on day to day C&B query/activities.
- Manage global annual compensation processes including plan implementation, bonus and base pay increase preparation and long-term incentive plans if any.
- To perform retention analysis for retention purposes.
- Attend to audits and provide records for audit purpose.
- To support/backup for HRSSC payroll specialist on payroll matters when required.
- Manage and review the compensation and benefits plan for employees such as medical claims, insurance renewal, insurance enrolment for new hires, bonus, allowances etc.
- Oversee/prepare the employee correspondence letters such Letter of Agreement, Confirmation, Acceptance of Resignation, Transfer etc.
- Prepare local and regional salary, headcount, ad-hoc reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Responsible for the manpower movement documentation i.e. transfer letters, confirmation letters, and all the staff related letters.
- Update new hires data into Workday system and open personal files for all new hires.
- The company may at any time, deemed necessary, add or amend any of these job responsibilities.
Requirements
- Typically expects 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years and a Master’s degree in human resources, business administration or related disciplines
- Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Previous experience with organizational psychology and labour market surveys
- Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
