About the Role
We are looking for a HR HCM Lead (Workday), to drive transformation initiatives within our People function. This role will focus on optimising People/HR systems, processes, and ways of working to enhance employee experience, improve operational efficiency, and align with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday, HR Systems, AI & Technology
Lead the design, enhancement, and optimisation of Workday and other HRIS solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Serve as a strategic link between the People Team, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring system capabilities support functional requirements.
Analyse and streamline People/HR processes through automation, improved workflows, and self-service utilisation.
Oversee data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and analytics, generating insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Support the rollout of new Workday modules, enhancements, system upgrades, and AI-enabled solutions.
Business Transformation & Change Management
Lead People/HR transformation projects, including process redesign, technology adoption, and workforce enablement.
Partner with senior People/HR and business leaders to define strategic objectives and deliver innovative solutions.
Develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
Support the transition towards a more digital, self-service, and data-driven People function.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Work closely with People team, IT, Finance, and other business teams to align technology with organisational goals.
Provide training, guidance, and support to People team and employees on new systems and processes.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering strategic insights on HR transformation.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in business transformation, HR technology, or HR operations.
Workday HCM certification, or experience supporting a Workday implementation.
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday).
Strong knowledge of People processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll.
Experience in process improvement, automation, and system implementation.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Expertise in excel, data analysis, reporting, and people metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Change management experience, with a track record of driving adoption and engagement.
Nice to have:
Experience in agile methodologies and business transformation frameworks.
Previous consulting or advisory experience in HR transformation projects.
