  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to align tools with evolving needs and streamline workflows.
  • Contribute to the development of a centralized analytics environment to support self-service reporting.
  • Support data governance and compliance (e.g., access controls, GDPR, SOC 2).
  • Work with external vendors, contractors, or consultants when specialized support is needed.
What you’ll bring:
  • 7+ years of experience administering business systems (CRM, HR, marketing), business intelligence or analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex technical or data-related projects involving external vendors or contractors.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to drive execution while coordinating stakeholders and timelines.
  • Experience bridging functional subject-matter experts and technical implementers (e.g., analysts, engineers, consultants).
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Power BI, Tableau), including dashboard and report development.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts for reporting and integration.
  • Experience managing integrations and supporting data pipelines across platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced environment where adaptability and a hands-on approach are essential.
  • Deep respect for diverse technical and non-technical perspectives, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful culture.
  • Commitment to open-source principles, including support for open standards and user privacy.
Bonus points for:
  • Experience with Salesforce migrations
  • Familiarity with modern data pipeline or ELT tools

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
