As a member of the Global Business Services division, you will play a crucial role in improving patients' lives while working at Pfizer. What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:

• Represent your organizational unit in administrative matters, recommending, interpreting, and implementing internal policies and procedures.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks across different functional areas and manage your time effectively to meet targets and prioritize tasks.
• Delegate tasks to others, help them set their priorities, and provide feedback for team members' performance evaluations.
• Oversee the planning, organization, and management of meetings, programs, or projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact with the Field Force or Field Sales Team regarding Customer Relationship Management processes, operations, and reporting.
• Handle project payments in the Portfolio Information System, ensure compliance with study budget management, and deliver high-quality financial data to Finance partners for monthly accruals.
• Assist Business Unit management with regular and ad-hoc requests, represent the Manager in daily situations, and respond to requests appropriately.
• Continuously propose improvements to processes within your scope and support the creation of new local marketing materials.
• Provide reporting and analytics to Commercial Operations colleagues, assist with audit and inspection management, and manage personal time, professional development, and workflow.
• Apply expertise to achieve broad objectives, influence relationships with other processes, complete complex assignments independently, provide guidance to others, and ensure nonstandard work is reviewed for compliance and quality.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated resourcefulness with the proven ability to anticipate needs
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple priorities with tight timelines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience that demonstrates the ability to proactively carry out personal or Executive Assistant functions proficiently

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):

• Robust grasp of both the pharmaceutical industry and scientific academic research environments
• An understanding of commercial processes or business analytics processes
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively
