Your Future Team:
You will report to the Customer Service & Business Operations Manager, you will support with general administrative tasks, customer inquiries (digitally and verbally) and order processing. With a strong focus on cross-departmental collaboration you will also have exposure to various other parts of the Rockfon® business.
What you will be doing:
- Studying a Level 3 Business Administration qualification
- Liaising with Sales and Technical teams to understand customer needs
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service by phone and email
- Accurately processing orders, credit notes and follow-up communications
- Supporting customer returns, stock movements and supplier performance improvement initiatives
- Proposing appropriate product solutions and advise customers
- Working closely with Logistics and Supply Chain to maintain high service levels
- Supporting non-standard pricing and quotation requests
- Attending product training sessions at the company Training Centre
What you bring:
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or higher including Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications)
- Proactive and eager approach to work and their learning
- The ability to prioritise and organise time effectively
- Capable of working with computer systems including Microsoft Office
- Willingness to participate in a variety of tasks and projects
