Location: This position is based at our offices in Pencoed, Bridgend.

Your Future Team:

You will report to the Customer Service & Business Operations Manager, you will support with general administrative tasks, customer inquiries (digitally and verbally) and order processing. With a strong focus on cross-departmental collaboration you will also have exposure to various other parts of the Rockfon® business.

What you will be doing:

  • Studying a Level 3 Business Administration qualification
  • Liaising with Sales and Technical teams to understand customer needs
  • Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service by phone and email
  • Accurately processing orders, credit notes and follow-up communications
  • Supporting customer returns, stock movements and supplier performance improvement initiatives
  • Proposing appropriate product solutions and advise customers
  • Working closely with Logistics and Supply Chain to maintain high service levels
  • Supporting non-standard pricing and quotation requests
  • Attending product training sessions at the company Training Centre

What you bring:

  • Minimum 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or higher including Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications)
  • Proactive and eager approach to work and their learning
  • The ability to prioritise and organise time effectively
  • Capable of working with computer systems including Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to participate in a variety of tasks and projects
