Job Description
Pricefx is the global leader in enterprise pricing intelligence. We help the world's largest companies find and recover hidden margin, govern pricing decisions at scale, and turn insight into action across every deal, product, and customer.
Most companies make hundreds of thousands, or even millions, of pricing decisions every year, and small mistakes quietly drain millions in margin.
Pricefx helps companies find that hidden margin fast. Our Agents quickly identify where they're losing money or missing growth opportunities and connect those actions to core price management and quote-to-cash processes to optimize value capture at scale.
Our product vision is: Every Deal. Priced Right. Every Time.
Your Mission
In Pricefx Agents implementation projects, the Pricing Analyst acts as the pricing and analytics owner for the use cases we deliver, bringing a deep understanding of customer data and pricing behavior into every phase of the project. You will design, configure, and refine Agents that detect pricing and commercial opportunities, quantify their value, and drive concrete next steps for customers.
You will work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Solution Strategists, and the broader delivery team across implementations, ensuring that every Agent we deploy is understandable, actionable, and ready to scale on the customer side.
You will be in charge of...
  • Act as a business & pricing process advisor by demonstrating pricing domain expertise (industry agnostic)
  • Understand, analyze, and articulate business and technical pricing-related processes in the context of the Customer's business, technology landscape and pricing best practices
  • Act as the pricing and analytics owner for the use cases selected for the customer
  • Configure and refine Agents, analyze their output, and translate findings into a clear value story for the customer (e.g., quantifying revenue or margin upside, and operational impact)
  • Document concrete next steps for the customer based on the Agent output (actions, follow‑ups, process changes)
  • Participate in the customer demo sessions, usually presented by the CSM and Solution Strategist, supporting them with detailed analysis, insights, and examples agreed in advance.

What should you have to succeed?
  • Proven experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or commercial analytics, ideally in B2B environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large transactional datasets (e.g., sales, customers, price lists, discounts).
  • Ability to translate business objectives into concrete, data-driven pricing and commercial use cases that can be automated via Agents.
  • Comfort leading customer-facing workshops and deep-dive sessions, explaining analytical methods and system behavior in a clear, nontechnical way.
  • Hands‑on experience working with analytical or pricing tools (BI, pricing software, data marts, etc.).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills: ability to turn Agent outputs into clear value stories and actionable recommendations.

Location
  • Remote - US, (preference for Midwest or a major East Coast city)

Other job specifics...
  • Full-time employment
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically, with occasional international travel

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
