As Business Operations Manager, you are part of the operational backbone of the company, ensuring everything runs smoothly so the team can focus and move fast. You streamline internal processes, keep projects and people aligned, and create structures that enable us to scale. You play a key role in business development, driving new revenue opportunities, and leading funding, grant, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements
* University degree in Engineering Management, or a related technical or management field, or equivalent practical experience
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and customer-facing work

* Relevant work experience in consulting, start-up or business development
* Hands‑on experience preparing or managing grant and funding applications, including research, writing, and documentation.
* Practical knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost tracking
* Fluent in German (C1-C2)
