We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and professional Business Operations Associate to support 3 senior leaders across our Institutional and Business Banking (IBB) team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in enabling leaders and teams to perform at their best.
As a Business Operations Associate, you will provide high‑level administrative and operational support to multiple senior leaders within IBB, ensuring they can focus on strategic priorities and remain visible, accessible, and effective across the business.
In this varied and impactful role, you will manage diaries, inboxes, travel arrangements, expenses, and approvals for senior leaders. You will anticipate administrative or scheduling issues before they arise and proactively resolve them. You will follow up on queries, action items, and correspondence promptly and professionally. You will prepare documentation, presentations, reports, and meeting packs to a high standard.
You will organise leadership team meetings, offsites, functions, and events, and oversee all meeting logistics, including minute‑taking and tracking actions. You will support IBB’s strategic initiatives by preparing information that enables effective decision‑making.
In addition, you will coordinate new‑starter set‑ups, technology requests, and vendor invoice processing. You will build strong working relationships with HR, business partners, and other teams, and you will promote a culture of organisation, efficiency, professionalism, and collaboration across the group.

5+ years’ experience in a similar role supporting multiple senior stakeholders.
Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and time‑management capability.
Strong judgement, discretion, and confidentiality.
A calm, composed approach in a dynamic and fast‑moving environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence using digital tools, with strong document preparation skills.
Initiative, resilience, and a proactive mindset.
The ability to anticipate needs and stay several steps ahead.
Exercises adaptability and flexibility
Ability to maintain a sense of calm and control in a pressured environment
Demonstrates reliability, positivity and resilience.
