Job DescriptionThe Business Generation (BG) coordinator will support marketing activity across Global Real Estate, reporting to the Director of Global Real Estate BG and working closely with the Global Managing Director for Real Estate and Global Sector Leads.
The real estate segment is dynamic and diverse, with more than 16k people working across 14 sectors in 60+ countries. Our teams worldwide are delivering some of the most iconic real estate developments, from waterfront destinations, to heritage regeneration and future-ready workplaces.
The BG coordinator will work in this fast-paced environment, helping to deliver varied marketing and business development activities for the segment including global research campaigns, sales reporting, digital/social media activity, collateral creation, internal comms and knowledge management.
Responsibilities:
Manage the production/maintenance of global collateral, capability statements and case studies.
Produce regular pipeline/conversion reports and data analysis.
Generate a drumbeat of stories to profile major successes/milestones internally and externally.
Provide campaign management support on major global research projects.
Raise the profile of Global Sector Leads by supporting social media posting, LinkedIn articles etc.
Maintain intranet content libraries working with regional BG teams to centralise best practice.
Generate external website content including project case studies and perspectives articles.
Provide hands-on support to accelerate growth priorities (e.g. targeted client presentations, desktop research etc.)
Occasional event management support to launch global publications in London.
- qualified to degree level would be advantageous
Skills required
Strong analytical skills and competence handling data (in excel/power BI)
Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail.
Self-starter – must be able to operate on their own initiative, and prioritise effectively.
Strong communicator - able to engage with confidence at senior levels of the business.
Some knowledge of the real estate / construction market (preferred)
Technical Requirements
Competency using Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
