About the Job / Key Responsibilities

Census Labs is looking for a Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing and dynamic team based in Athens, with the flexibility to work remotely. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong interest in sales and business growth, who enjoys building relationships and working toward clear objectives.

The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of sales experience and will be responsible for working closely with the existing customer base to expand current business, identify new opportunities, and support the wider Account Executive team. In parallel, the role involves researching, identifying, and engaging new contacts and prospects, contributing to the overall growth and pipeline development of the company.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Comfortable working toward targets and performance-driven objectives
  • Willingness and ability to research, identify, and approach target contacts and organizations
  • Familiarity with prospecting and sales tools such as LinkedIn and CRM platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and prospects
