The role
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to energise our sales pipeline and start valuable customer conversations. This is a fantastic launchpad into enterprise sales: you’ll open doors with some of the most innovative companies in finance and crypto, and set the stage to grow into an Account Executive role with time.
A big part of this job is cold calling. You’ll spend a significant portion of your day reaching out directly to prospects, starting meaningful conversations, and generating new business opportunities. If you thrive on engaging with people, learning fast, and building your sales career in a high-growth tech company - this is the perfect entry point.
What You’ll Do
Qualify and develop sales leads through outreach
Cold call daily; expect to spend much of your day on the phone with prospects
Build robust prospect lists and run outbound campaigns using our sales tech stack
Set up meetings and demos for Account Executives
Master Cryptio’s value proposition and explain it clearly to different audiences (CFOs, controllers, accounting teams, operations)
Tailor your pitch to each audience
Leverage AI tools to scale outreach without losing precision
Track all activity and progress in Hubspot
Support Account Executives on calls and with sales enablement
Report directly to the Head of Revenue
We’re looking for someone who
Is passionate about crypto and actively engaged in the space
Has 1+ year of SDR (or commercial sales) experience OR just graduated with evidence of success in competitive environments
Brings high energy, initiative, and professionalism
Can manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-contact (phone!) environment and is hungry to learn

Talent Screen (15–30 min): An introductory video call to discuss your application, clarify the responsibilities of the role, and answer any questions you have about Cryptio.
Hiring Manager Interview (45 min): A conversation to learn more about your experience with business development.
Case Study Interview (60 min): Present your case study to the hiring manager and CRO.
Final Interview (30 min): Meet with two of our BDRs for a culture fit interview.
