The Business Development Representative team at Workvivo is a fast-paced, global team. This role sits within the EMEA team, based in Dublin, Ireland. The team is enthusiastic, motivated, and thrives in a high-energy environment where collaboration and learning are key.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and screen potential customers who can benefit from the Workvivo platform.

  • Qualify prospects generated from marketing campaigns for the large to enterprise B2B market.

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to drive interest and awareness of Workvivo.

  • Engage prospects through various sales cadences to drive high conversion rates and generate pipeline.

  • Share success stories of how customers are using Workvivo.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the buyer persona and buying journey to improve outbound sales campaigns.

  • Report data insights to leadership and make recommendations for improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

  • Experience or interest in SaaS sales and business development.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work collaboratively with Account Executives.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and open to learning new processes, ideas, and tools.

  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Outreach.

  • A growth mindset with a passion for learning and stepping outside of your comfort zone.
