Senior Business Development Manager

What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Business Development Manager you will be part of of the senior commercial sales team, utilising your proven sales skills to building new business and selling software solutions to hospital and healthcare environment.

Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

  • Be a key partner across the Customer base at national/local levels, taking real ownership of senior relationships in business development. Working with our customers you get the opportunity to build lasting relationships across commercial, technology and medical areas of health, ensuring you are closely aligned to your clients’ challenges.
  • Accountable for new sales and revenue growth in Ireland region. 
  • Target driven and capable of managing the full end to end sales process from lead generation to close across the company's healthcare software portfolio.
  • Experience managing a C-Level network (across commercial, IT and clinical) within the regions public and private healthcare organisations today.
  • Maintains close oversight on regional healthcare IT strategies and align internally to ensure the business is well prepared to meet market demands

Essential Requirements

  • You will enjoy client interaction and be comfortable in developing relationships at all levels in the Healthcare sector, likely to come from a digital health or MedTech background with a real interest in improving health outcomes via technology.
  • Experience of business development, sales, or partnership experience, preferably in the digital health, healthcare IT, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven Sales Methodology – Managing new opportunities to closure
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including regulations, providers, and payer systems.
  • Existing C level strong network inside the Ireland healthcare system
  • Ability to deal with complex solutions and proposal

  • Strategic software solution selling.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the health system is key and you are likely to have experience and proven track record of selling PAS/EPR/complex clinical systems to the HSE.
